Als Group Compliance Officer gestaltest du die gruppenweite Compliance-Strategie der Doppelmayr Gruppe maßgeblich und schaffst Strukturen, die nachhaltiges Wachstum, Integrität und verantwortungsvolle Entscheidungen ermöglichen.

Für die Doppelmayr Service GmbH in Wolfurt suchen wir eine Person mit Gestaltungswillen und Freude daran, Compliance wirksam weiterzuentwickeln.

Your tasks

  • Gesamtverantwortung für den Aufbau, die Weiterentwicklung und die gruppenweite Steuerung des Compliance-Management-Systems
  • Weiterentwicklung von Compliance-Richtlinien, Prozessen und Kontrollen sowie Sicherstellung einer praxistauglichen Umsetzung im Konzern
  • Beratung von Geschäftsleitung, Führungskräften und internationalen Standorten in Compliance- und Governance-Themen
  • Erkennen, Bewerten und Steuern von Compliance-Risiken (z. B. Antikorruption, Kartellrecht, Datenschutz, Exportkontrolle und Geschäftspartner-Compliance)
  • Aufbau eines internationalen Compliance-Netzwerks sowie Weiterentwicklung von Schulungen, Meldesystemen und Management-Reports zur Förderung einer nachhaltigen Compliance-Kultur

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, Betriebswirtschaft, Compliance, Finance oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Compliance, Recht, Governance, Risk Management oder Audit – idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau, in der Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Compliance-Management-Systemen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Compliance-Themen
  • Strategische Denkweise, pragmatische Herangehensweise und gutes Verständnis für internationale Geschäftsprozesse und unternehmerische Risiken
  • Führungskompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Vertrauen zu schaffen, Orientierung zu geben, Stakeholder einzubinden und Veränderung wirksam zu gestalten
  • Hohe persönliche Integrität, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
