Your tasks

  • Terminplanung in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
  • Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung der Servicetechniker (ERP/Planungstool)
  • Schnittstelle sowie organisatorische Unterstützung der Servicetechniker
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit diversen internen Abteilungen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL) und Freude am Kundenkontakt
  • Erfahrung im Logistikumfeld von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent, das eigenständig und selbstorganisiert arbeitet
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Empathie gegenüber den Kollegen und Kunden
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
