Your tasks
• Eigenständige Führung und Organisation der Montageabteilung (mechanische und elektrische Montage)
• Planung des Personalbedarfs sowie Führung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Montageabteilung
• Montage-Einsatzplanung, Verantwortung für einen einwandfreien Montageprozess
• Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung in operativer und strategischer Sicht
• Verantwortung des Budgets und Erreichung der strategischen Ziele
Your profile
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie sichere Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungskompetenz
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe Reisebereitschaft
