Your tasks
• Führung und Koordination des Elektrotechnik – Teams (10 Mitarbeiter:innen)
• Verantwortung für die elektrotechnischen Ausführungsplanungen unserer Anlagen
• Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsplanung
• Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen
• Vertriebsunterstützung mit Auslegungen / Berechnungen
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Qualitätsmanagement
Your profile
• Fundierte elektrotechnische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU)
• Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeiter:innen
• Kommunikativer Teamplayer
• Kompetenz zur Problemlösung
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und professionelles Auftreten
• Reisebereitschaft und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
