Your tasks

• Abwicklung von Bestellungen
• Urgieren von Lieferterminen
• Pflege der Lieferantenstammdaten
• Administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Beschaffung/Einkauf
• Rechnungsgenehmigung

Your profile

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HAS) oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf
• Flexible und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
