Your tasks
• Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende in Personalentwicklungsthemen
• Blickrichtung auf den gesamten Mitarbeiterzyklus (Betreuung vom Employer Branding bis inklusive der Pension)
• Unterstützung der Führungskräfte besonders auch in Recruitingfragen
• Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Themen
• Bearbeitung von administrativen Tätigkeiten im Personalbereich (Förderungen, Anträge, etc.)
• Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten und Schnittstelle zur Doppelmayr Gruppe
Your profile
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HAK/FH/Uni) oder vergleichbares mit Schwerpunkt Personal von Vorteil
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalbetreuung und Rekrutierung
• Freude im Umgang mit Menschen
• Eigenverantwortliches, gewissenhaftes und selbständiges Arbeiten
• Kommunikationsstark und empathisch sowie sicheres & kompetentes Auftreten
