Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Logistik – Abteilung Versand wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Versand- und Logistikdokumenten
  • Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Rüst-, Material- und Versandterminen
  • Überwachung der Versandbereitschaft sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Materialflusses
  • Abstimmung mit Lager, Produktion, Verpackung und weiteren Fachabteilungen
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Fehlteilen sowie Klärung offener Themen
  • Unterstützung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts sowie allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Versandbüro

Your profile

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Logistik- oder Transportwesen wird vorausgesetzt
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse oder die Bereitschaft, diese weiter auszubauen
