Für die Führung unseres internationalen Teams Cloud Operations & User Services suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Leadership Kompetenz, fundiertem technischem Know-how und nachweisbarer Erfahrung im Management komplexer Aufgaben. Die Rolle verantwortet zentrale Microsoft Cloud Services, Identity Management, Client Management sowie IT-Service Management gruppenweit und unterstützt die digitale Arbeitswelt der Doppelmayr Gruppe weltweit. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf klarer, verbindlicher Kommunikation über alle Ebenen hinweg, von den operativen Teams bis zum Management und zur Geschäftsführung:

Your tasks

  • Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Coaching eines internationalen Teams
  • Verantwortung für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des Microsoft 365 backend
  • Steuerung der Hybridinfrastruktur für Active Directory, Entra ID und Exchange
  • Verantwortung für globales End Point Management mit Intune und modernen Workplace Services
  • Weiterentwicklung des globalen IT-Supports, des IT Service Managements und der Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
  • Planung und Steuerung von Budgets, Roadmaps und strategischen Initiativen
  • Leitung komplexer Infrastruktur und Transformationsprojekte
  • Professionelles Stakeholdermanagement global
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten, transparenten und serviceorientierten Zusammenarbeit weltweit

Your profile

  • Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Führungserfahrung in einem internationalen IT-Umfeld
  • Starke Leadership Qualitäten sowie Erfahrung in der Entwicklung leistungsstarker Teams
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Planungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen strukturiert und verbindlich zu steuern
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg sowie sehr starke Kompetenzen im Stakeholdermanagement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 backend Technologien, insbesondere Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID sowie Exchange Online und Exchange Hybrid
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im modernen Client Management, insbesondere Microsoft Intune, Windows End Point Management und Microsoft Autopilot
  • Kenntnisse im IT Service Management auf Basis von ITIL
  • Erfahrung mit Softwareverteilung und Asset Management, idealerweise mit Matrix42
