Zur Verstärkung unserer IT Abteilung in Wolfurt wird folgende Stelle ausgeschrieben: 

Your tasks

• Betreuung des IT-ServiceDesk unter Verwendung unseres Ticketsystems (1st Level und 2nd Level Support)

• Betreuung der Computerarbeitsplätze am Standort

• Erstanalyse von Fehlern und Kontaktperson

• Betreuung spezieller Applikationen (z.B. M365, Medienserver, Mobiles Gerätemanagement, Asset Verwaltung)

• Administration von Servern (Windows und Linux)

• Dokumentation von Projektfortschritten, Entscheidungen und offenen Punkten

• Regelmäßiges Reporting über Projektstatus, Termine und mögliche Abweichungen

Your profile

• Fundierte Computer-Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Client/Server/Netzwerk

• Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft 365 Produkten (von Vorteil)

• Erfahrungen in Projektkoordination

• HTL-Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Informatikausbildung

• Eigenverantwortliches, gewissenhaftes und selbständiges Arbeiten

• Bereitschaft für laufende Weiterbildung

• Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
