Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich IT/Helpdesk wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Betreuung des IT-Helpdesk unter Verwendung unseres Ticketsystems (1st Level und 2nd Level Support)
  • Betreuung der Computerarbeitsplätze am Standort
  • Erstanalyse von Fehlern und Kontaktperson für die Applikationslieferanten
  • Betreuung spezieller Applikationen (z.B. M365, Medienserver, Mobiles Gerätemanagement, Asset Verwaltung)
  • Administration von Servern (Windows und Linux)

Your profile

  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Client-, Server- und Netzwerktechnologien
  • Praxiserfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Position
  • Abgeschlossene HTL-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365-Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung in der Softwarepaketierung von Vorteil
