Your tasks
- Terminplanung in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden
- Einsatz- und Ressourcenplanung der Servicetechniker (ERP/Planungstool)
- Schnittstelle sowie organisatorische Unterstützung der Servicetechniker
- Koordination und Abstimmung mit diversen internen Abteilungen
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL) und Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Erfahrung im Logistikumfeld von Vorteil
- Organisationstalent, das eigenständig und selbstorganisiert arbeitet
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Empathie gegenüber den Kollegen und Kunden
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
