In dieser Schlüsselposition übernimmst du die operative Verantwortung für die Bereiche Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, Marketing und Kundendienst. Du treibst das internationale Wachstum aktiv voran und gestaltest nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld.

Your tasks

  • Kontinuierliche, weltweite Marktanalyse sowie Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Vertriebs- und Marketingstrategie
  • Führung und Koordination der weltweiten Vertriebsaktivitäten inklusive Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams und externer Partner
  • Aufbau und Entwicklung langfristiger, globaler Partnerschaften
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Angebote sowie Gestaltung und Verhandlung komplexer Anlagenbauverträge
  • Leitung des Projektmanagements sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und relevanten Fachabteilungen der Doppelmayr Gruppe
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Fertigstellung neuer Anlagen in Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Kundendienstes

Your profile

  • Fundierte technische und kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL /FH/ Uni)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen technischen Vertrieb, idealerweise im Anlagenbau
  • Ausgeprägte strategische Kompetenz und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Erfahrung in der Verhandlung komplexer internationaler Verträge
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsstärke und interkultureller Kompetenz
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wünschenswert

Legal notice regarding remuneration: The gross annual salary is based on the collective agreement (KV) of the metalworking industry and is mindestens EUR 62.000,- for this position on a full-time basis (38.5h/week). Depending on professional training and experience, overpayment is possible. We are happy to also consider your application for other suitable positions within the Doppelmayr Group.
