Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Finanzen Abteilung Buchhaltung wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Selbstständige Führung der Debitoren- / Kreditoren- / Hauptbuchhaltung verschiedener Unternehmen inkl. aller damit verbunden Tätigkeiten integriert in einem ERP-System
  • Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Kontenabstimmungen sowie Klärung offener Posten
  • Bearbeitung von Umsatzsteuerthemen
  • Durchführung von Monatsabschlüssen
  • Abgabe von periodischen Steuererklärungen (UVA / ZM etc.)
  • Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlüssen und Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften

Your profile

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, FS, FH) mit Zusatzausbildung als Buchhalter mit Fachausweisen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office insbesondere Excel, ERP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Umsatzsteuergesetzes
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortliches, verlässliches, gewissenhaftes und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
