Your tasks

In dieser Rolle leitest du fachlich und organisatorisch das Team „Smart Workplace Solutions“ und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung des Digital Workplace im Microsoft 365 Umfeld. Dabei kombinierst du Führungsverantwortung mit operativer Mitarbeit an innovativen Lösungen.

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams, inklusive Coaching und Ressourcenplanung
  • Strategische Steuerung von Digital Workplace-Projekten
  • Entwicklung und Governance smarter Lösungen im Microsoft 365 Umfeld: Konzeption und Umsetzung von modernen Anwendungen mit SharePoint Online, Microsoft Lists und der Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) sowie Definition und Einhaltung von Governance-Richtlinien.
  • Beobachtung von Markt- und Technologietrends und Ableitung strategischer Empfehlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Fachbereichen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Benutzerakzeptanz und Change-Management
  • Budget- und Ressourcenverantwortung

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in Teamführung oder Projektleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Power Platform
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dataverse und idealerweise Microsoft Azure, sowie Governance und Compliance im M365-Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie ein agiles Mindset
  • Know-how in Projektmanagement (Scrum, Kanban) und Business Analyse
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Legal notice regarding remuneration: The gross annual salary is based on the collective agreement (KV) of the metalworking industry and is minimum 64,400.00 EUR gross per year for this position on a full-time basis (38.5h/week). Depending on professional training and experience, overpayment is possible. We are happy to also consider your application for other suitable positions within the Doppelmayr Group.
