Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH wird eine Vollzeitstelle ausgeschrieben, mit dem Ziel, die umsatzsteuerlichen Berichterstattungs- und Compliance-Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten und deren Weiterentwicklung nachhaltig voranzutreiben.

Your tasks

  • Verantwortung für die strategische Entwicklung und operative Umsetzung von E-Invoicing- und E-Reporting-Lösungen inkl. Analyse rechtlicher und technischer Anforderungen in Österreich und auf EU-Ebene
  • Sicherstellung der umsatzsteuerlichen Compliance in Österreich sowie auf europäischer Ebene
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für umsatzsteuerliche Fragestellungen, insbesondere im Kontext der digitalen Rechnungserstellung, -übermittlung und -archivierung
  • Verantwortung für Testplanung, Koordination und fachliche Abnahme im Rahmen der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von E-Invoicing-Lösungen
  • Begleitung von Systemtests und Integration mit externen Plattformen (z. B. PEPPOL, Tax Engines) sowie deren Anbindung an interne ERP-Systeme

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuerrecht, Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Buchhaltung und Steuern – idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzernumfeld oder der Steuerberatung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im österreichischen Umsatzsteuerrecht und der EU-Mehrwertsteuer-Systemrichtlinie
  • Projektmanagement-Skills, Kommunikationsstärke und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
