Your tasks

  • Eigenverantwortliche, proaktive Betreuung unserer in- und ausländischen Kunden Inhouse und vor Ort
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Vermarktung und Weiterentwicklung von Serviceleistungen
  • Technische und organisatorische Abstimmung mit Kunden, internen Fachabteilungen und Partnern
  • Führung von Kundengesprächen sowie Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen zu Aftersales-Themen
  • Formulierung konkreter Fragestellungen aus Kundenanliegen und -anfragen zur internen Bearbeitung und Prozessverbesserung

Your profile

  • HTL/FH/Uni im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung verbunden mit Berufserfahrung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Hohe Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung im technischen Umfeld
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft (20%) gepaart mit guten Englischkenntnissen
