Your tasks

• Technischer 1st Level-Support am Telefon oder per E-Mail für unsere Kunden, Fachpartner und Servicetechniker
• Erfassung sämtlicher Anfragen (Cases) in unserem ERP-System (IFS) und in unserer digitalen Serviceplattform LTWcare
• Case-Bearbeitung durch strukturierte Fehleranalyse mit und für unsere Kunden
• Bindeglied zum Kunden sowie auch intern zu den Fachabteilungen

Your profile

• Fundierte technische Ausbildung, elektromechanische Ausbildung von Vorteil
• Eigenständiges und selbstorientiertes Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
• Fundierter Umgang mit PC und MS Office; ERP-Kenntnisse (IFS) und Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsfeld von Vorteil
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie Empathie gegenüber Kollegen und Kunden
• Freude am Telefonieren gepaart mit hoher Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung
• Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
