Your tasks

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Produktions- und Logistikprozessen  
  • Entwicklung von Physical AI-Anwendungen und datenbasierten Verbesserungen
  • Mitarbeit in Lean-, KVP- und Operational-Excellence-Projekten
  • Begleitung von Shopfloor- und Investitionsprojekten
  • Entwicklung, Standardisierung und Auswertung von Prozessen und Kennzahlen
  • Moderation von Workshops und bereichsübergreifenden Verbesserungsinitiativen
  • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungsprojekten sowie Einführung neuer Systeme und Tools
  • Unterstützung im Bereich OT-Architektur & Industrial IT (ERP, MES/MOM, MDE/BDE, BI)

Your profile

  • Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste Erfahrung in Produktion, Logistik, PPS oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Gutes Verständnis für Produktions-, PPS- und SCM-Prozesse
  • Hohe Praxisorientierung sowie Akzeptanz im Shopfloor

The actual salary is based on the Vorarlberg salary level and is above the KV, depending on professional training and experience.
