Your tasks

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Betriebsverfahren einschließlich Leitfäden zur Störungsbehebung
  • Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung der Instandhaltungsmanagementprogramme einschließlich Ersatzteil- und Werkzeugmanagement
  • Verantwortung für die FRACAS-Prozesse einschließlich Ursachenanalysen sowie der Identifikation und Bewertung leistungsbeeinflussender Faktoren (PIF)
  • Koordination zwischen Corporate Management, den Business Units und/oder dem Systemhersteller in technischen Angelegenheiten, insbesondere hinsichtlich Betriebsleistung und Instandhaltungsanforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Auditprogrammen sowie Überwachung der zugehörigen Leistungskennzahlen und Maßnahmenpläne
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung des Sicherheitsmanagementsystems (Safety Management System)

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und nachhaltigen Behebung komplexer technischer Problemstellungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine kreative und lösungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Selbstständige, proaktive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamorientierung, hohes Engagement und ausgeprägte Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen (10%)
