In dieser Rolle verbindest du strategische Datenarchitektur mit technischer Umsetzung und gestaltest den Aufbau sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer gruppenweiten Datenplattform maßgeblich mit.

Your tasks

  • Verantwortung für die gruppenweite Datenarchitektur und Zielbilder sowie deren Übersetzung in umsetzbare Architekturprinzipien, Standards und Roadmaps
  • Technische und fachliche Leitung bei der Auswahl und Einführung einer modernen Data Platform
  • Gemeinsame Definition von Standards für Datenintegration, Data Governance und Datenqualität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Data Ownern der Fachbereiche, Corporate Information Security und Enterprise Architecture
  • Technische Beratung von Fachbereichen bei Reporting-, Analytics- und AI-Initiativen sowie Bewertung und Einordnung neuer Anforderungen in die Datenarchitektur
  • Steuerung externer Implementierungspartner und Technologieanbieter
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Datenplattform anhand der Unternehmensstrategie, der Anforderungen der Fachbereiche und technologischer Entwicklungen

Your profile

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Data Engineering oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Data Architecture, Data Engineering oder Daten-Plattformen
  • Kenntnisse moderner Datenplattformen (z. B. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Erfahrung mit Datenmodellierung, Datenprodukten, Metadatenmanagement, Zugriffs- und Berechtigungskonzepten sowie modernen Integrationsmustern
  • Analytische, strukturierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
