Für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer gruppenweiten Datacenter-Systemlandschaft suchen wir eine erfahrene technische Persönlichkeit mit Schwerpunkt auf Serverplattformen, Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup, Monitoring und Lifecycle Management. Die Rolle verantwortet zentrale Datacenter-Systeme der Doppelmayr Gruppe und arbeitet eng mit lokalen IT-Teams, internen Fachbereichen, Herstellern und Dienstleistern zusammen.

Your tasks

  • Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung der Datacenter-Systeme in den Corporate Datacentern und an internationalen Standorten der Doppelmayr Gruppe
  • Technische Verantwortung für Serverplattformen, Virtualisierung, Storage, Backup, Monitoring, Patch Management, Recovery und Verfügbarkeitskonzepte
  • Analyse bestehender Datacenter-Umgebungen sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Stabilität, Performance, Skalierbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Modernisierungs-, Konsolidierungs- und Lifecycle-Maßnahmen im Datacenter-Umfeld
  • Unterstützung internationaler IT-Teams beim Aufbau und Betrieb lokaler Datacenter-Infrastrukturen sowie Überführung gruppenweiter Standards in den operativen Betrieb
  • Koordination technischer Aktivitäten mit internen Fachbereichen, lokalen IT-Teams, Herstellern und Dienstleistern sowie Abstimmung mit Netzwerk- und Security-Verantwortlichen

Your profile

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von Datacenter-Infrastrukturen in Enterprise-Umgebungen
  • Fundiertes Know-how in den Bereichen Server, Storage, Virtualisierung sowie Windows- und Linux-Plattformen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Monitoring, Patch- und Lifecycle-Management
  • Verständnis moderner Datacenter-Architekturen, Hochverfügbarkeit und globaler Betriebsmodelle
  • Erfahrung in Infrastrukturprojekten zur Modernisierung, Konsolidierung und Standardisierung
  • Fähigkeit, technische Standards und Betriebsrichtlinien zu definieren und umzusetzen
  • Erfahrung mit VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam oder vergleichbaren Enterprise-Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Scripting mit PowerShell, Python oder Ansible von Vorteil
  • Verständnis von Netzwerk, Security, IT-Governance und Architektur
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
