Your tasks

  • Strategische und operative Verantwortung für den Vertrieb unserer digitalen Produkte und Services.
  • Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten sowie die Betreuung und den Ausbau strategischer Kundenbeziehungen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Sales & Customer Project Management Teams inklusive Ressourcenplanung und Performance Management
  • Steuerung der globalen Vertriebsaktivitäten, Weiterentwicklung der Sales-Pipeline sowie Erreichung der definierten Umsatz- und Wachstumsziele
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktentwicklung, Marketing, Support und Betrieb.
  • Budget-, Forecast- und KPI-Verantwortung sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (Matura) oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Digitalisierung oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Projektmanagement von digitalen Produkten und Services (SaaS Lösungen)
  • Idealerweise Zusatzqualifikationen oder Erfahrung in den Bereichen Data Analytics sowie Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Erfolgreiche Führungserfahrung sowie nachweisbare Erfolge in der Entwicklung von Geschäftsfeldern und Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Sales-Pipelines, Kundenprojekten und internationalen Stakeholdern
  • Unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative, analytischem Denken und ausgeprägter Umsetzungsstärke
  • Kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
