Zur Verstärkung unseres Projektteams „Intranet Neu“ suchen wir eine kreative, konzeptstarke und IT affine Persönlichkeit, die den globalen Roll out unseres neuen Intranets aktiv mitgestaltet. In dieser Rolle verbindest du Kommunikation, Change-Management und digitale Tools und übernimmst schrittweise die Rolle des Product Owners für unser Intranet. Beschäftigungsausmaß rund 80-100%. Diese Stelle ist bis 31.03.2027 befristet.

Your tasks

  • Konzeption und Begleitung der Umsetzung des globalen Intranets Roll outs
  • Entwicklung von Kommunikationsstrategien und Schulungskonzepten
  • Erstellung und Steuerung von Intranet Content & Aktivierungsmaßnahmen
  • Aufbau und Betreuung von Viva Engage Communities
  • Fachliche Rolle als Product Owner Intranet (Anforderungen, Prioritäten, Weiterentwicklung)

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossener Bachelor, Masterstudium laufend oder abgeschlossen (BWL, Kommunikation, HR, Digital Business von Vorteil)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich interne Kommunikation von HR oder IT-Projekten
  • Hohe IT‑Affinität und erste Kenntnisse in M365 (SharePoint, Viva, Teams)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (DE & EN)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
