Your tasks

  • Bestellabwicklungen (Anfrage, Angebot, Bestellung und Rechnungsprüfung)     
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit insbesondere mit den Abteilungen Fertigungsorganisation sowie Technik für 
    Optimierungs- und Reklamationsabwicklungen
  • Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Nachverfolgung von Bestellvorgängen und Terminüberwachung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung des Beschaffungsprozesses
  • Stammdatenpflege im ERP‑System

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, HAK o. Ä.)
  • Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und gutes Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP‑Systemen (SAP, IFS)
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
