Your tasks

  • Führung und Organisation der mechanischen Fertigung 
  • Verantwortung für die termin- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung der Fertigungsaufträge
  • Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen und -abläufen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Qualität
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Fertigungsteams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Technik, Fertigungsplanung, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Meister, Techniker, Ingenieur) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Metallbau oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Fertigung, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamorientierung
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (z.B. MS Office, ERP-Systeme)
