Your tasks

  • Leitung und Organisation der Produktionshalle inklusive Schichtplanung und Personaleinsatz 
  • Verantwortung für die termingerechte Vorbereitung und Steuerung von Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Produktionssystem sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
  • Koordination und Führung des Teams vor Ort sowie Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben
  • Ansprechpartner:in für technische und organisatorische Fragestellungen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Schichtplanung und Produktionssteuerung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Produktionssystemen und ERP-Software
  • Organisationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
