Your tasks

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Pflege der Zeitwirtschaft mit allen vor- und nachgelagerten Agenden
  • Eigenständige Abwicklung und Organisation des Bereichs Zeitarbeit und des Ferialermanagements
  • Onboarding von Mitarbeitern
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Personalbereich
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten in Bezug auf Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Social-Media-Kanals - mit kreativem Blick und einem guten Gespür für Trends

Your profile

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Genaue, gewissenhafte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Positives Auftreten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunkations- und Sozialkompetenz
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Affinität zu Social Media und digitalen Medien
