Für den Bereich Kundendienst wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Stelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Aktive Kundenberatung im Rahmen des Dienstleistungsportfolios vor Ort.
  • Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung von Lösungsvorschlägen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst, um Angebote zu erstellen und Aufträge abzuwickeln.
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch effektive Kommunikation und Lösung von Problemen.
  • Mitentwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien

Your profile

 

  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich der Seilbahnwelt von Vorteil
  • Fundierte technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit kaufmännischer Zusatzqualifikation
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Wille zur Mehrarbeit über die normale Arbeitszeit hinaus, mit flexiblem Arbeitszeitmodell
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (~ 50 %), Führerschein der Klasse B
