Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Vertrieb – Außenstelle Stetten bei Korneuburg wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Beanstandungen (vorwiegend Österreich und CEE-Region) in Abstimmung mit der Technik
  • Ausarbeiten und Erstellen von Ersatzteil- und Dienstleistungsangeboten im Bereich Anlagenservice und -instandhaltung
  • Eigenständiges Arbeiten im After-Sales Team
  • Kundensupport allgemein und per Telefon (auch in Englisch)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Unternehmenszentrale und ausländische Vertretungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Anlageninspektionen und Bedarfsanalysen für Ersatz- und Verschleißteile
  • Koordination von Störungsbehebungen (auch Notdienst)

Your profile

  • Maschinenbau-Techniker (HTL oder Lehre mit einschlägiger Erfahrung), vorzugsweise mit kaufm. Zusatzausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Anlagenbau von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Kundendienst bzw. im Kundenumgang von Vorteil
  • Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, lösungsorientiert
  • Ausgezeichnete PC / MS Office - Kenntnisse
  • Starke Belastbarkeit in Bezug auf Kundenreklamationen und damit verbunden Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Bereitschaft zu Abklärungen vor Ort, Kundenbetreuung
