Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Produktion & Logistik wird bei der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH am Standort Wolfurt folgende Vollzeitstelle ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der operativen Steuerung, Koordination und Organisation des EWHB-Projekts
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung im Projektteam Produktion & Logistik und Übernahme anfallender Aufgaben und Arbeitspakete in diesem Bereich
  • Verantwortung für das Aufgaben- und Terminmanagement inklusive Nachverfolgung von Meilensteinen, offenen Punkten sowie frühzeitigem Erkennen von Risiken und Verzögerungen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektbesprechungen einschließlich Dokumentation, Maßnahmenverfolgung und Statusaufbereitung für die Projektleitung
  • Koordination der beteiligten Fachbereiche, Arbeitspakete sowie Schnittstellen zu externen Planungspartnern

Your profile

  • Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektkoordination, idealerweise im Produktions- oder Logistikumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement- und Microsoft-365-Tools (MS Planner von Vorteil)
  • Interesse an Themen rund um Produktion, Logistik, Prozesse und Organisation
