Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Service & Montage mit Schwerpunkt auf der Koordination und Abwicklung von Serviceeinsätzen wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen im Alpenraum
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Servicetechniker:innen und internen Fachbereichen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Organisation und Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Werkzeuge, Materialien und Betriebsmittel für die Einsätze
  • Technische Unterstützung des Serviceteams sowie laufende Abstimmung mit Kunden während der Projektausführung
  • Verantwortung für die administrative Nachbearbeitung der Einsätze, einschließlich Dokumentation und Vorbereitung der Verrechnung

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Meisterprüfung oder Befähigungsprüfung) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Teamgeist und Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben und andere zu unterstützen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
  • Von Vorteil: Erfahrung im Bereich Montage oder Seilbahntechnik
