Your tasks


eLearning & Content Erstellung:

  • Aufbereitung von Inhalten und Entwicklung neuer interaktiver digitaler Lerninhalte für unsere Mitarbeitenden auf der ganzen Welt
  • Erstellung von Medieninhalten (Video, Bild, etc.)
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Qualitätssicherung bestehender eLearnings  

Schulungsorganisation & -administration:

  • Organisation und Koordination von Online- und Präsenzschulungen
  • Verwaltung von Schulungen im Learning Management System
  • Kommunikation mit Trainer:innen und Teilnehmenden
  • Unterstützung der internen Lernkommunikation

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kaufmännisch, Weiterbildung, Digital Learning, Kommunikation, Medien oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung mit gängigen Content- und Grafiktools und Lernmanagement-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, genaue und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsstärke sowie Freude an der Koordination & Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
