Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Projektmanagement in der Doppelmayr Cable Car GmbH in Wolfurt wird eine Stelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung internationaler Automated-People-Mover-Projekte, insbesondere am US-Markt
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Überwachung von Projektterminplänen, einschließlich Meilenstein- und Fortschrittskontrolle mit Primavera P6
  • Koordination interner Fachbereiche, externer Partner, Subunternehmer und Kunden über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Führung von Projektteams sowie Steuerung von Ressourcen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Schnittstellen
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen, Risiken und Projektfortschritt sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Unterstützung im Vertrags-, Change- und Claim-Management, insbesondere bei Subunternehmerverträgen
  • Sicherstellung einer strukturierten Projektdokumentation, regelmäßigen Berichterstattung und geordneten Projektabschlüssen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Anlagen-, Infrastruktur-, Verkehrs- oder Sondermaschinenbau
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von interdisziplinären Projektteams sowie in der Koordination komplexer Projektstrukturen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung sowie professionelles Auftreten in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Interkulturelle Offenheit sowie hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft mit temporären Einsätzen vor Ort
