Your tasks

  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der erfolgreichen Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten – von der Ausschreibung über die Planung und Umsetzung bis hin zur Bauabnahme und Abrechnung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Koordination und Betreuung laufender Bauprojekte sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
  • Unterstützung der Bauabteilung und des Objektmanagements im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Projektdokumentation sowie Pflege relevanter Daten und Unterlagen
  • Übernahme organisatorischer und administrativer Aufgaben, wie Büroorganisation, Rechnungsbearbeitung und allgemeine Projektassistenz

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Bauwesen (z. B. Bautechnik-HTL, technische/r Zeichner/in, Bauhandwerkerschule oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Hochbau von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Kenntnisse in CAD- und Ausschreibungssoftware
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an fachlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
