Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Digitalisierung & IT & BPM wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt oder in Stetten eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Business Analysts
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards im Anforderungsmanagement
  • Gestaltung konsistenter Lösungskonzepte über Systemgrenzen hinweg
  • Abstimmung zwischen Fachbereichen, Entwicklung sowie Solution- & Enterprise-Architektur
  • Steuerung, Priorisierung und Koordination von Anforderungen und Ressourcen
  • Management von Abhängigkeiten zwischen unterschiedlichen Systemlösungen
  • Transparente Berichterstattung zu Status, Risiken und Zielerreichung

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in komplexen IT- oder Applikationslandschaften
  • Starkes Verständnis für Systemzusammenhänge und Softwarearchitekturen
  • Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement und Geschäftsprozessen
  • Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in koordinierenden Rollen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Teamfähigkeit & kommunikationsfreudig
