Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Kundendienst der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt wird eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Steuerung der Analyse- und Konzeptphase eines E-Commerce Projekts
  • Durchführung von Ist Prozessanalysen mit Fachbereichen
  • Identifikation technischer Abhängigkeiten sowie potenzieller Risiken im Projektumfeld
  • Konzeption und Analyse von E-Commerce-, Webshop- und Plattformlösungen
  • Moderation von Workshops & Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
  • Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management

Your profile

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Prozessmanagement oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen (HTL, FH oder Uni)
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von E Commerce-Projekten, idealerweise im B2B Umfeld
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Fundiertes Know-how in Prozessanalyse und -design
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Deutsch und Englisch
