Your tasks

  • Betreuung und Instandhaltung der Außenanlagen inkl. Sommer- und Winterdienst sowie der Tiefgarage
  • Unterstützung bei Raumvorbereitungen und organisatorischen Abläufen
  • Unterstützung bei Umbau – Umzugsarbeiten in den Büroräumlichkeiten
  • Pflege der Teeküchen
  • Unterstützung in der Fahrzeugadministration (z. B. Reinigung, Wartung, Reparaturen, Reifenmanagement)

Your profile

  • Handwerkliches Geschick sowie idealerweise eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Hausbetreuung bzw. als Hausmeister von Vorteil
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse für administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Freundliches Auftreten, sehr gute Umgangsformen sowie ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Mehrarbeit (z. B. bei Abendveranstaltungen oder Winterdienste)
  • Führerschein B sowie Flexibilität für Fahr- und Botendienste
