Zur Nachbesetzung im Bereich Kundendienst – Abteilung Exportabwicklung wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Stelle mit folgenden Aufgaben nachbesetzt:

Your tasks

  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Auftragsbestätigungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Vertragsbearbeitung
  • Durchführung der Fakturierung
  • Abwicklung von Akkreditiven
  • Organisation und Koordination der Versandabwicklung, inklusive Beauftragung von Speditionen sowie Erstellung länderspezifischer Versand- und Exportdokumente
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Kunden sowie internen Fachabteilungen (Disposition, Kalkulation, Technik, Lager, Versand, Zoll, Finanz)
  • Mitbetreuung und Unterstützung der internationalen Auslandsvertretungen
  • Mitarbeit bei internationalen Serviceprojekten, insbesondere bei der Koordination von Liefer- und Serviceterminen sowie beim Export und RE-Import von Werkzeugen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, FH oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche sowie zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Aus- und Weiterbildung
  • Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
