Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Vertrieb wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Zentrale technische Projektunterstützung
    Erstellung, Zusammenstellung und Verwaltung technischer Unterlagen (Eingabeunterlagen, Baueingaben, Fertigung und Montageunterlagen, Zeichnungspakete)
  • Prozesspflege und Prozessoptimierung
    Dokumentation, Standardisierung und laufende Verbesserung interner Prozesse sowie Erstellung und Pflege technischer Formulare
  • Qualitätsmanagement & Dokumentenmanagement
    Funktion als QM Beauftragte/r (ca. 10 %), Pflege der QM Dokumentation, strukturierte Ablage und Aufbau eines nachhaltigen Wissensmanagements.
  • Koordination externer Prüfungen und Gutachten
  • Organisation und Vergabe von externen Dienstleistungen

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung (z. B. HTL, technische Lehre mit Weiterbildung)
  • Erfahrung im technischen Büro, Projektumfeld oder Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Prozess- und Organisationsverständnis
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
