Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Kundendienst – Abteilung Lager & Versand wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen inklusive Codierung sowie Organisation der zugehörigen Transporte
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand- und Transportdokumenten in enger Abstimmung mit der
    Disposition
  • Organisation und Kontrolle von Containerverladungen sowie Abwicklung von Transporten aus anderen Werken
  • Durchführung von Verpackungsschätzungen als Grundlage für die Disposition
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Disposition, Einkauf, Lager und weiteren internen Schnittstellen

Your profile

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (abgeschlossene Lehre, HAS oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik / Transportwesen von Vorteil
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Microsoft 365
  • Eigenständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Teamfähig & kommunikationsfreudig
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
