Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Produktion - Abteilung Mechanische Fertigung wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen mittels CAD-CAM-Systemen sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Prozesskette
  • Konzeption und Ausarbeitung von Bearbeitungsstrategien und Vorrichtungslösungen
  • Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge und Spannmittel, bei Bedarf in Abstimmung mit externen Herstellern
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Programmen, Werkzeugen und Vorrichtungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Maschinen Einstellern, Abteilungsleitung und Konstruktion
  • Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern im laufenden Produktionsprozess

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Techniker, Fachschule oder einschlägige Lehre)
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich 3-D/CAM sind von Vorteil
  • Praxis in der zerspanenden Fertigung, insbesondere beim Drehen mit angetriebenen Werkzeugen sowie im 5-Achs-Fräsen
  • Hohe Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Gewissenhafte, präzise Arbeitsweise sowie Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
