Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Customer Service wird in der Doppelmayr Transport Technology GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Abstimmung mit Montageteams, Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Koordination und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Montageablaufs hinsichtlich Qualität, Termintreue und Sicherheit
  • Durchführung von Serviceeinsätzen vor Ort (Inspektionen, Wartungen, Reparaturen sowie Kundenschulungen)
  • Erstellung von Service- und Ersatzteilangeboten, deren Abwicklung und Dokumentation
  • Organisation und Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen einschließlich Terminabstimmung

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister oder staatlich geprüfter Techniker im Bereich Maschinenbau
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice für technische Produkte
  • Know-how in Mechanik (Schwerpunkt), Elektrik und Hydraulik
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie verbindliches und freundliches Auftreten
  • Sorgfältige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gutes Organisationstalent
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft
