Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Logistik – Abteilung Versand wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Erstellen von Versanddokumenten und Pflege von Terminplänen
  • Unterstützung im Lagerbereich sowie Mitarbeit bei der Organisation und Optimierung logistischer Abläufe, einschließlich Warenübernahme, Versandvorbereitung und Bestandskontrollen
  • Unterstützung der europaweiten LKW Disposition sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Logistikdienstleistern in ganz Europa
  • Administration & Kontrolle von Rechnungen und Bestellungen
  • Allgemeine Büroverwaltungsaufgaben
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik, Einkauf und Qualitätssicherung

Your profile

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (abgeschlossene Lehre, HAK, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung), Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik / Transportwesen von Vorteil
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Microsoft 365
  • Eigenständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Teamfähig & kommunikationsfreudig
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
