Für den Bereich Kundendienst wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Beratung unserer Kunden direkt vor Ort und Präsentation unseres Dienstleistungsportfolios
  • Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung von Lösungsvorschlägen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst, um Angebote zu erstellen und Aufträge abzuwickeln
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen mit Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen und Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit#
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsstrategie

Your profile

  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich der Seilbahnwelt von Vorteil
  • Fundierte technische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch kaufmännisches Know-how
  • Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft – dafür werden moderne Arbeitszeitmodelle geboten
  • Reisebereitschaft bei ca. 50 %, Führerschein der Klasse B
