Your tasks
- Ansprechperson und Schnittstelle im Fachbereich Service bei Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Anforderungsanalysen und Anforderungsdokumentationen des Fachbereiches erstellen
- Konzeptions- und Umsetzungsbegleitung von Digitalisierungsprojekten in diesem Bereich
- Aktive Mitarbeit an Rollouts und Trainings zusammen mit Solution Teams
- Erstellen und Pflegen der Systemdokumentation
- Anwenderkommunikation und Schulung im Service
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung vorteilhaft
- Vertiefte IT-Grundkenntnisse
- Offene, kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter analytischer Fähigkeit
- Fähigkeit, technische Probleme zu verstehen und mit Support-Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
