Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Disposition wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Sicherstellung und Planung der Beschaffung von Artikeln, welche zur Produktion von Seilbahnen notwendig sind
  • Verfeinerung des Forecasts von ALS und Weitergabe der Information an die Abteilungsleitungen zur Sicherstellung der notwendigen Ressourcen
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Artikeln für die Niederlassungen der Doppelmayr Gruppe
  • Bei Projekten mit Durchlaufzeitabweichungen zum Standard (Standard+/Sonder) Sicherstellung der Abschätzung von Stunden und Durchlaufzeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Grobplanung bzw. Feinplanung in den ausführenden Abteilungen
  • Hilfestellung bei Abteilungsübergreifenden Problemen (Produktion/Logistik)
  • Beauftragung von Baugruppen
  • Vordisposition
  • Terminpflege in Absprache mit der Produktion / Logistik und Auftragsleitstelle

Your profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Lehre, HTL, HAK Matura oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Praktische mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Dispo (von Vorteil)
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent
  • Flexibilität, Einsatzbereitschaft und Freude für diesen Aufgabenbereich
  • Gute MS-Office- und Englischkenntnisse (von Vorteil)
  • ERP-Kenntnisse (z.b. IFS von Vorteil)
