Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der Technik in der Abteilung Research and Development (RnD) der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt wird eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Konzeptionierung und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Produkten für Skiresorts, Ausflugsziele und die städtische Mobilität
  • Kunden-, Markt-, Potential- und Wettbewerbsanalysen (Kundenbedürfnisse, Marktforschung, Business Case, …)
  • Erstellung der Produkteinführungsstrategie (Rollout, Marktsegmente, Funktionalitätsumfang, …)
  • Unterstützung des Marketings bei Erstellung von Unterlagen und Kommunikationsmedien
  • Unterstützung bei Produktentwicklungen (Seilbahnkomponenten /-Baugruppen oder Sicherheitssystemen) nach den Vorgaben eines Pflichtenhefts
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen an der Entwicklung beteiligten Personen in den verschiedenen Abteilungen

Your profile

  • FH / Studium Mechatronik, Studium Maschinenbau/Wirtschaftsingenieur oder vergleichbare technische, wirtschaftliche Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Produktentwicklung oder Produktmanagement
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft für laufende Weiterbildung
  • eigenverantwortliches und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • weltweite Reisebereitschaft (5-10%)
