Für unsere Abteilung Betriebsbuchhaltung am Standort Goldau suchen wir dich zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Your Tasks

  • Mitarbeiter- und Projektdatenpflege im ERP System (IFS)
  • Diverse Auswertungen, Reportings und Kontrollen
  • Ca. 10% Empfangssekretariat (inkl. Telefonzentrale und Besucherbetreuung)

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Kauffrau/mann EFZ oder Handelsdiplom
  • IT-Kenntnisse MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise und organisatorisches Flair
  • Flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
