Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Exportabwicklung der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt wird eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Vorbereitung bzw. Erstellung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten
  • Fakturierung
  • Akkreditivbearbeitung (Verhandlung mit Kunden, Einreichung der Dokumente)
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Niederlassungen weltweit und Abteilungen intern (Verkauf, Versand, Kalkulation, Finanzbereich)

Your profile

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Uni, FH, HAK, Exportlehrgang)
  • Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Akkreditiven und im Dokumentengeschäft, evtl. in der Dokumentenabteilung einer Bank
  • PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Speditionswesen von Vorteil
  • Genauigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
