Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der IT/Helpdesk wird in der Doppelmayr Seilbahnen GmbH in Wolfurt eine Vollzeitstelle mit folgenden Aufgaben ausgeschrieben:

Your tasks

  • Betreuung des IT-Helpdesk unter Verwendung unseres Ticketsystems (1st Level und 2nd Level Support)
  • Betreuung der Computerarbeitsplätze am Standort
  • Erstanalyse von Fehlern und Kontaktperson für die Applikationslieferanten
  • Betreuung spezieller Applikationen (z.B. M365, Medienserver, Mobiles Gerätemanagement, Asset Verwaltung)
  • Administration von Servern (Windows und Linux)

Your profile

  • HTL-Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Informatikausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Funktion
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft 365 Produkten und Softwarepaketierung (von Vorteil)
  • Eigenverantwortliches, gewissenhaftes und selbständiges Arbeite
  • Bereitschaft für laufende Weiterbildung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
